Course content
1. Strengths and weaknesses of the teacher's personality; finding a leader; team building techniques; hierarchization and stratification of the school team; internal differentiation according to specializations. 2. Audiobook / Radio dramatization as a source of effective learning; listening skills and its methodological application in the environment of the Czech school; listening comprehension. 3. Search of subject relationships based on listening; overlap of individual specializations. 4. Didactic planning of the educational program - basic structure; educational program scheme, mind mapping. 5. Preparation of a strategic element in a school game; typology of the game environment; figures - barriers - characters - playing field - game rules - game types; typology of players - game teams; inclusion in the school game environment 6. Communication, teaching in pairs; communication - how to talk to young people ?; communication - persuasive techniques in teacher expression; communication - motivational factors in the teacher's speech; bilingualism in the Czech school 7. Preparation of a didactic "artifact" - wall art created from different materials and different art techniques. 8. Work with modern technologies - video editing, sound recordings, remote access, distance guidance of the student; work in an online environment; sharing environment. 9. Excursion to the field - demonstration of motivational games in an environment outside the school; use of natural environment for education; movement strategy; pitfalls and dangers 10. Basic techniques of psychohygiene - practical activities, training techniques 11. Preparation for crisis situations at school 12. Electronic class book; digital data workplace (DDT) - training program for sending test materials from textbooks to Cermat (demo version) 13. Meeting of teacher trainees with practicing teachers in the DVPP programme.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject Didactic workshop 1 is to get the students acquainted with the school operation and the practical needs related to it. It will be focused on the cooperation of teachers in the teaching staff, and on the internal interaction related to the preparing of the educational program. The students, led by a pedagogical leader, will create a creative group, which will be presented with a problem task - to prepare educational activities along the semester, which will be put into practice in the faculty school during one week. The students will take care of the overall operation of the workshop in a designated room. In the course of the workshop the students will try the following activities: preparation of didactic material, teamwork, learning of art techniques and technological skills for preparation of didactic material, involvement of modern technologies (work with video and audio files, work in graphics tablets, etc.). Students will become familiar with the management of school documentation: they will document their own workshop - a class book in electronic form as it is kept in schools; they will document the process of preparing didactic materials and carefully take care of the social network that will be part of their creative work. In the workshop, the students will hierarchize through key positions to those who will lead the group or team and to those who will be led by the group leader. A group of students will be asigned to prepare adaptation activities for pupils with special needs. The students can work in the workshop on their diploma task in didactics. They can also fulfill an internship in the workshop if they cooperate with a faculty school during the semester in order to observe the school operation, to identify the composition of student groups and their specific needs or to analyze the curriculum in a particular grade. Part of the course will be a three-day weekend excursion.

Assessment methods and criteria
Presentation of group work

The student will be awarded a credit for active participation in the workshop, and proper documentation of the progress of work on didactic material. The exam will be awarded to the student after the practical presentation of his didactic contribution in the real school environment. The student will also evaluate his own pedagogical performance, to which he will be instructed in the workshop. Evaluation methods: final evaluation, evaluation of team work, evaluation of activities in schools.
