Course content
The studies of Spanish for Education Purposes are composed of linguistic, literary and methodological parts. Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing)
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 32 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 30 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course gives the overview of parts of speech and structure and word-formation in Spanish. Basic morphological notions (classification of morphemes according to semantic and syntactic point of view, lexical and grammatical morphemes, alomorphs etc.), inflection, derivation and composition are discussed. The focus is given on the specific character of grammatical categories in Spanish in comparison with Czech.

Prerequisites
The condition is adequate knowledge of the language.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Credit: Active participation in classes and fulfillment of all assignments. Credit test.
