Course content
1. Basic knowledge, approaches and techniques of the group work 2. Group dynamics 3. Methods of work with small groups 4. Enjoyment pedagogy

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence, Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting )
  • Class attendance - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 20 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 30 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
This course shows the basic knowledge, approaches and techniques of the group dynamics development. Students will understand the relations and processes inside the small social groups and will learn to manage and influence them. Students recognize the overlaps of this course into other disciplines, especially psychological, sociological and pedagogical.

Special education and consecutive knowledge gained through the educational background.

Student's performance analysis

To gain the credit students must join the seminar and write a semestral thesis. Other demands are specified by the lecturer
