Course content
1. Etiology and symptoms of specific behavior disorders (ADHD/ADD) 2. Differential diagnostics 3. Secondary consequences of the attitudes of others for the development of self identity among people with ADHD/ADD 4. Methods and forms of work with people with ADHD/ADD, therapeutic approaches

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence, Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting )
  • Class attendance - 8 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 32 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 50 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
This course shows the differential forms of diagnosing ADHD/ADD and also shows the secondary consequencies of the social attitude towards people with ADHD/ADD. This attitude has great influence on the rise and stabilizing the personal identity even in adult age. Students adopt therapeutic strategies and methods of this kind of educational work.

Student's performance analysis

To gain the credit students must join the seminar and write a semestral thesis. Other demands are specified by the lecturer
