Course content
1. Pre-requisites and dispositions for esthetic activities and agents influencing their development 2. Regularities and special features of the development of children's art expressions and creativity 3. Didactics of the art reeducation 4. Reeducation methods and techniques for people with special needs 5. Methodic structure of the art lessons

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence, Individual creative and artistic activities
  • Class attendance - 18 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 32 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 40 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
In this course students learn the basic terms and theoretical categories of artistic reeducation. They master the methods and options of using artistic methods in the educatory proces with people with special educational needs. Students underestand different options of the methods of artistic reeducation according to different kinds of learning disorders.

Special education and consecutive knowledge gained through the educational background.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam, Student's performance analysis

To gain the credit students must join the seminar and write a semestral thesis. Other demands are specified by the lecturer
