Course content
Seminars: 1. Saturation of needs, life goals fulfilling, life motives, homeostasis disbalance - 1. training: present and potential motives. 2. Psycho hygiene, prevention, self knowledge - 2. training: meaning through interests. 3. Resilience, frustration tolerance, inner and outer determination of the psychic wellbeing; experience, dispositions - 3. training: strengthening frustration tolerance. 4. Frustration, deprivation, life disappointment, starving - 4. training: self-destructive tendencies. 5. Stress, post traumatic stress reaction, chronic stress, eustress, distress - 5. training: self-coaching, timing. 6. Inner and outer stress starters, the best behaviour and communication, anticipation - 6. training: stress starters elimination. 7. Communication barriers, emotional intelligence, non-effective communication - 7. training: assertive communication. 8. Healthy and pathological attitudes in helping, effective attitudes in social work, happiness, forgiving, tolerance, respect, autonomy - 8. training: assertive defending of the limits of social work. 9. Moderation and balance, emotional balance, sensibility, psycho-motoric tempo - 9. training: highlighters, balancing working burdens. 10. Self-esteem, communication sensibility, self-esteem for the professional performance and demanding situations in social work, guilt - 10. training: how to become the inspiration for the others. 11. Healthy self-esteem, success, potential, personal dispositions to emotional intelligence, non-effective behavioural strategies - 11. training: interviewing the client - effective and non-effective ways. 12. Burn out syndrome, exhaustmen phenomenon, professional and personal exhaustment - 12. training: burn out syndrome symptoms evidence. 13. Relaxation, techniques of relaxation, psycho therapeutic techniques - 13. training: grounding, autogenous training. 14. Burn out prevention, professional perspective, personal goals - 14. training: looking for the meaning, positive quotations.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence, Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting )

Learning outcomes
Bio-psycho-social balance protection via habits of self-reflection together with the ability of assertive empathic communication. The long term perspective of emotional stability and professional self-asurance of a social worker. Psycho hygiene is a part of the burn-out syndrome prevention. Communication skills towards effective interventions with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
