Course content
Seminars: 1) Practical use of supervision as a tool for social workers and their professional development and personal progress: contract, exploration, solution, evaluation - usually in Balint group work. 2) Evaluation and reflection of practical training of social work (experience, different institutions, various topics of social issues, self-analysis). 3) Evaluation of the relationship between a client and a worker in social work (Balint form of seminar, searching a solving the problems). 4) Self-reflection and self-recognition (self-evaluation and self-assessment, expectations towards one's own professional work). 5) Techniques of abreaction - for example relaxation, music therapy, art therapy Focusing. 6) Methods similar to supervision - their using and evaluation - couching, mediation, facilitation etc. 7) Portfolio as a method of education in professional social work. Competency model according to Havrdová.

Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Group consultation, Students' portfolio

Learning outcomes
Supervision in the practical training is a discipline bulit up on the experience from practical training. Students learn to accept and understand supervision as a way of correcting their professional behaviour and as a tool of their professional growth.
