Learning outcomes |
In this course students will learn about the history, development and the system of social services. The aim of the discipline is to gain knowledge and skills that are necessary for understanding the sense of social services for an individual, for a community and for the society. Students will learn about the quality standards in the social services (SQSS) and about the process of their implementation into the social services organizations.

Assessment methods and criteria |
Student's performance analysis
To gain the credit students write a semestral thesis. Students follow the instructions of lecturer, they follow the instruction of lenght, topic and content. The thesis must show the knowledge students master through their study hours. The thesis must be accepted by the lecturer, so the student can enter the exam. Examination conditions are set by the lecturer.? |
