Course content
1. Introduction to the subject - obstacle course (obstacle alphabet). 2. Improving running technique - special running exercises, development of speed endurance. 3. Technique and methodology of obstacle run, transitions in walking and run over 5-7 steps. 4. Improving the low start technique, running over obstacles in a 3-step rhythm on shortened gaps. 5. Improving the technique of throwing balls with sun, running over obstacles in a 3-step (4-step) rhythm on full gaps. 6. Improving the high flop jump technique, pole vault - a demonstration of discipline. 7. Improving the technique of the long jump by crouching, developing tempo endurance. 8. Improving the technique of obstacle course, javelin throw - demonstration of discipline. 9. Improving the technique of shot put, discus and hammer throw - demonstration of disciplines. 10. Repetition of relay passing, development of speed endurance using relay games. 11. Development of speed, improvement of long jump technique. 12. Repetitive class, individual improvement. 13. Fulfillment of credit requirements. 14. Fulfillment of credit requirements.

Learning outcomes
Students further develop the athletic skills acquired in Athletics 1 and get to know other athletic disciplines. Achievement of the specified level of development of movement abilities and athletic skills will be demonstrated in a modified athletic all-around, orientation in the issue will be demonstrated by organizing an athletic competition for students.
The student will be able to correctly execute athletic disciplines.
Prerequisites
Mastering the methodological procedures of teaching athletic disciplines, the necessary level of development of movement skills.

Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills

Credit requirements: Completion of athletic all-around - practical verification of the achievement of the necessary level of movement abilities and athletic skills, participation in the organization of an athletic competition (organization and decision-making).
