Seminar: Gymnastics in the system of physical culture, dividing of gymnastics, history Didactis interaction at gymnastics lesson - teaching styles Motional contents of sport gymnastics Fundamental of biomechanics in sport gymnastics Analysis of gymnastics workout´s figures Exercises: Subject matter discussed in the seminars will be part of practical exercises

Learning outcomes
|
The education is specialized in the acquisition of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in didactics of gymnastics .
Student will be able to apply the optimal didactical methods in the gymnastics and martial arts education.

Knowledge of rules of gymnastics disciplines, acquirement gymnastics skills .
