Course content
1. Basic terms. Characteristics, history, systematique of content and basic divisions of struggles. Organization of exercises. 2. Basic dexterity, elements of self-defense movement. Preparatory struggles, assault games. Tactics of self-defense. 3. Gripping, gripping. 4. Throttle, throttle defense. 5. Levers, anti-leaning. 6. Impact, defense against strikes. 7. Fight in attitude, fight on the ground. 8. Defense against an armed assailant (gun, knife, stick). 9. Shapes, mistakes and strings. 10. Sensitive places on the human body. 11. Defense against the attack of more attackers, assistance to the attacker. 12. Selected elements of professional self-defense. The emphasis is on didactics of curriculum teaching.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Demonstration, Motoric and practical working skills training, Students' self-study
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 30 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the demonstration of the principles of the teaching of abusive activities while simultaneously acquiring the relevant movement skills. Student will acquire theoretical knowledge of theory and didactics of abilities and will be able to demonstrate basic basic skills.
Students will acquire the basic skills of combat sports and the principles of their teaching. After completing the course, he / she will be able to teach at the 2nd grade of primary school.
Prerequisites
Motor abilities focused on the age of students.

Assessment methods and criteria
Written exam, Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Written assignment

Active participation in seminars (at least 75 %). Demonstration of the training of selected movement skills.
