The aim of the subject is to make students acquainted with current principles of health oriented physical training at the first grade of primary school and to acquire basic knowledge from this sphere. Students will familiarize themselves with principles of proper warming-up, with the problematic unilateral endurance and muscle imbalance.
Students acquire professional skills for the teaching of special physical activities. |
