Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on mastering gymnastic skills and presenting the gymnastics methodology. Practising supportive and rescue techniques within a gymnastic lesson. The information about the gymnastic trends. Sports gymnastic rules and the organization of contests.
Student will be able to perform gymnastics discipline technical well.

Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
