Course content

Sports gymnastics rules. Preparation of motive parts of body for weighting. The development of coordinating precondotions. Physical condition-building exercices Compensatory exercices. The information about the extension and openess of gymnastic systems. The organization of contests.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on presenting gymnastic kinetic activities. Preparation of motive parts of body for weighting. The development of coordinating pre - conditions. Compensatory exercices. Physical condition -building exercices with the use of apparatus and equipment. Sports gymnastics rules.The organization of contests.
Student will be able to perform gymnastics discipline technical well.

Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.

Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills
Credit: participation on lessons, seminary working, acquirement basic skills
