Course content
Seminar: 1. Bouldering - credit requirements, basic aspects of healthy and effective movement, rebounds, basic climbing positions and moves from them. 2. Bouldering - no hand rest, climbing in a laid and vertical profile, types of holds, types of grips. 3. Bouldering - climbing in an overhanging profile, dynamic movement and jumps. 4. Bouldering - designing boulders, climbing and correcting mistakes. 5. Bouldering - specific and non-specific means and their use in practice, bouldering games. 6. Climbing - cooperation of climber and belayer - communication, basics of protection, tie up, swinging. 7. Climbing - swinging, rope rebounds (TR), protection (TR). 8. Climbing - speed climbing. 9. Climbing -climbing routes, quickdraw manipulation. 10. Climbing - route-stepping. 11. Bouldering - skills training. 12. Credit session and training on the wall. 13. Credit session and bouldering training. 14. Credit session.

Motoric and practical working skills training
  • Class attendance - 4 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The goal of lessons is to acquaint the students with basis of climbing techniques, dressing the climbing seat, using climbing knots, principles of climbing, basis kinds of climbing grasps, ensuringother person, half sailor knot and "grigri", with metods of climbing on ropes, problems of the usage ofsitting, breasts and combined climbing seat.
Students will be able to correct technical climbing on artificial walls.
