Learning outcomes
|
The course is aimed at getting acquainted with the possibilities of the use of physical activities in the snow during a winter stay in the countryside.
Student will be able to demonstrate the elementary ski turns or the cross county technique.

Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
