Course content
he course focuses on activities that are closely related to the target student's focus. The content of the course is theoretical lectures and presentations, but emphasis is put on the active practical involvement of students in individual activities. Lectures: 1. Cycling - technology, driving technology, road safety. 2. Equipment and equipment for outdoor activities. 3. Staying in nature, organizing the event. 4. Orientation. 5. Multimedia outputs. Practical excercises : 1. Cycling. 2. Rope activities (rope, rope obstacles). 3. Basics of water sports (canoeing, wekeboarding, paddleboarding). 4. Orientation run. 5. Non-traditional games. 6. In-line skating. 7. Paddelboarding. 8. Triathlon race. 9. Multimedia outputs.

Learning outcomes
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to introduce students to the possibilities and principles of physical activities in nature. The focus of the course is focused on the nature and the activities connected with it. Teaching is focused on active forms of movement and stay in nature, sport activities, prevention of subjective and objective risks, first aid, orientation, etc. Part of the course includes social and cognitive activities.
Students will be offered a range of attractive activities where they can deepen their skills, expertise and work on personality development. Information and competencies in the areas: - Safe movement in nature and its appropriate choice. - Getting route planning with respect to the group. - Evaluating subjective and objective hazards. - Field orientation. - Reading maps. - Choosing the right equipment.
Prerequisites
Interest in the issue. Physical and psychological resistance corresponding to the profile and focus of the student. Ability to move in the countryside (walking, running, cycling, canoeing, hybrids). Active involvement in sports, social and other activities.

Assessment methods and criteria

Basic requirements: Completing the course and all its parts. Active participation. Meeting the requirements of orienteering (race). Triatlon race. Delivering multimedia outputs. Physical and psychological resistance corresponding to the profile and focus of the student. Related requirements: Walk for 4 hours with 15 kg load at an average speed of 4 km / h. Run at 10 km at an average speed of 6 min / km. Cycling for 4 hours at an average speed of 15 km / h. Canoeing with the ability to steer. Bivouacing in the wild.
