The aim of the course is to outline the issue of a healthy lifestyle and to present the widest possible range of possible alternatives to physical activities for maintaining fitness and health, preventing diseases and socio-pathological phenomena. During the semester, students will learn the basics of clinical investigation with a special focus on functional stress diagnosis.
