Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to deepen knowledge about physical development and physical activity and their effect on the human body. The course presents the widest possible range of possible alternatives to physical activities to maintain fitness and health. On this basis, the student will be able to solve challenging stressful situations in connection with the performance of the profession.
