Course content
technique and methodics downhil (skiing) technique of crosscountry skiing methodics of crosscountry skiing

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Demonstration, Motoric and practical working skills training
  • Class attendance - 50 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The lesson are focused on technology and methodic downhill and cross country skiing.
Students will be able to demonstrate the exam requests for ski instructors (carving turn, parallel turn, calsique technique and skating)
Prerequisites
Mastering the elementary skiing skills

Student's performance analysis, Didactic test

participation on lessons, written proof, practical proof attempted to teaching carving technique, cross county technique
