Course content
technique of cross-country skiing methodics of cross-country skiing

Learning activities and teaching methods
Demonstration, Motoric and practical working skills training, Active metods (simulation, situational contingency methods, drama,acting, namagerial acting )
  • Class attendance - 56 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on acquainting of theoretical and practical knowledge of cross-country skiing which are necessery for realization and organization of skiing courses.
Students received special competences as per curriculum of accredited specialisation.
Premises are included in the abstracts of the subject and its curriculum.

Didactic test, Systematické pozorování studenta

Credit: participation on lessons, written proof, practical proof acquirement skiing skills, participation on skiing race
