Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on acquainting of theoretical and practical knowledge of cross-country skiing which are necessery for realization and organization of skiing courses.
Students received special competences as per curriculum of accredited specialisation.

Premises are included in the abstracts of the subject and its curriculum.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Didactic test, Systematické pozorování studenta
100% attendance at theoretical and practical classes. Demonstration of practical skills using the technique presented during the lesson: two-stroke alternating running, one-stroke parallel running, one-stroke and two-stroke bilateral skating. Theory test.
