Course content
Low, high and mixed impact aerobic, step aerobic, body building, P-class, aqua aerobic, stretching, exercising with fitballs, poweryoga.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Demonstration, Motoric and practical working skills training
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 10 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The lessons are focused on both practical and theoretical skills which concern the order of the lesson. The lessons are focused on both practical and theoretical skills which concern the order of the lesson, different kind of exercising - low aerobic, step aerobic, circuit training, bosu, body building (with equipment), poweryoga, dance-yoga, P- class, Pilates etc.
Students received special competences as per curriculum of accredited specialisation.
