Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to deepen the knowledge of theory and practical skills in the field of modern motoric forms, introduction to exercises on suspensory systems (TRX, aerial hoop, fly yoga, bungee workout). Students should be able to actively use the terminology of modern motoric forms and prepare a part of a lesson (exercise unit) correctly according to related methodology.

Assessment methods and criteria
Student's performance analysis, Didactic test

Course credit requirements: Active participation at the seminars, production and performance of an aerobic choreography (2× 32 beats), practical output (leading an aerobic warm-up, leading of the main part of the lesson in the total duration of 20-30 min).
