Learning outcomes
The lessons are focused on both practical and theoretical skills which concern the order of the lesson. The lessons are focused on both practical and theoretical skills which concern the order of the lesson, different kind of exercising - aerobic, aerobic for children, step aerobic aquaaerobic, lifting with apparatus (poweryoga, spinning).
Students received special competences as per curriculum of accredited specialisation.
