Course content
law, tax and accounting problems which occur in sports clubs and sports associations

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming)
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Students will learn about legal issues, which relates to the field of sport and recreation.
The student will gain legal expertise in relation to sport and leisure.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the basics laws.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam

Active participation in lessons (at least 75 %). Demonstration of knowledge of discussed topics, especially legal theory, and orientation in content of legal norms and regulations.
