Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on mastering techniques of swimming, starts and turns.
Student will be able to perform swimming discipline technical well.

|
The student is a swimmer.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills
80% active attendance at exercises is required. Passing a written test on swimming rules and passing practical swimming skills: - swim 25 m breast using the technique presented in the lesson and according to the swimming rules; - swim 25 m breaststroke - lower limbs; - swim 25 m butterfly - undulation; - swim 50 m backstroke - within the limit: men 1:00.0 s, women 1:05.0 s; - swim 50 m crawl - within the limit: men 50.0 s, women 1:00; - demonstrate the correct execution of basic turns (P, Z, K) and starts.
