Course content
methodology of basic swimming acquiring techniques of three swimming styles (breaststroke, crawl, backstroke) methodology of rescue techniques

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Motoric and practical working skills training
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on theoretical principes of basic swimming. The practice is focused on acquiring techniques of three swimming styles (breaststroke, crawl, backstroke), methodology and rescue techniques.
Student will be able to perform swimming discipline technical well. Student is able to provide assisted depleted swimmers.
Prerequisites
The student is a swimmer.

Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Didactic test
