Course content
|
The concept of active lifestyles of students experiencing academic year 2013/14 to modularize object ( module health , movement and monitoring / evaluation ) and changes in teaching content (on the physical training is these sport areas: physical health education, modern forms of gymnastics fitness, exercise and sports games, water sports and fun swimming, fitness and exercise with music, racquet sports, active forms of tourism, winter sports and other sports) . The above areas may be completed by continuous semester of teaching or as a 5-7 day course (if listed ) . Students can meet these courses : Summer course, Winter course, Hiking, biking, ski mountaineering cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, boating courses, water sports at sea, sailing courses .

Learning outcomes
|
The content of this subject is knowledge elaboration of quality relationship regarding requirement of active retirement and movement at healthy living. Students can possibly choose one of following sports: swimming, tennis and minitennis, racquet sports, gymnastics - aerobics, poweryoga, gymballs, bodybuilding, indoor cycling, modern forms of gymnastics fitness, water sports and fun swimming, fitness and exercise with music, racquet sports, exercise and sports games.
Students received main competences for an active lifestyle.

Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
