Course content
1. Introductory lessons - teaching tasks, content, goals and application of gymnastics in school TV. Theory of correct posture. Sequential exercises. Assignment of seminar papers and methodological outputs. Basics of terminology (postures, kneeling, sitting). 2. Exercises for the development of mobility. Exercise in pairs. Straight and balancing exercises. Basics of terminology (lies, supports). 3. Theory of strengthening. Exercises using tools (rugs, skipping ropes, balls, poles). Relaxation and breathing exercises. 4. Exercises using tools (benches, boxes, ladders). Balance exercises and special neuromuscular coordination. 5. Combination of tools and utensils and their use in different parts of the lesson. Obstacle courses. Exercises with music. 6. Motor - functional training (gymnastic training). Basics of terminology (movements of body parts - arms, legs). 7. Exercises on the jump (preparatory exercises, gymnastic games, shrimp, footstool) and a small trampoline. Basics of terminology (movements of body parts - torso, head). 8. Exercises on the horizontal bar (preparatory exercises, gymnastic games, hangings, slings, struts, sliding) and on the balance beam (walking, jumping, turns). 9. Exercises in acrobatics (preparatory exercises, gymnastic games, jumps, rolls, standing on outstretched arms, tossing the tent) and on circles (hanging, hanging). 10. Rhymes and their movement representation. Counting time, dance step, children's dance games. 11. Metric accent, tempo changes. Simple rhythmic motifs. Exercises with equipment (ball, skipping rope, scarves). 12. Dance steps (polka, neighborhood, cutlet, mazurka), characteristic rhythms, dynamics. Student improvisation. 13. Country dances. 14. Credit.

Learning activities and teaching methods

Learning outcomes
The course is focused on acquining gymnastic skills and presenting the principles and methods of gymnastic lessons, in elementary school practice. Exercising without equipment, dancing steps. Exercising with equipment - skipping rope, balls. Practising of supportive and rescue techniques in the gymnastic lesson. Gymnastic terminology. Gymnastic groundings.
Students acquire professional skills for teaching gymnastics to 1 primary school.
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.
