Course content
1. Basic terms: supervision, intervision, self-supervision, supervisor, supervisee. 2. Aims and objectives of supervision, methods and forms of supervision. 3. Ethical principles and principles of supervision, risks and boundaries of supervision. 4. Presentation about the course Professional practice 2. Group discussion on the topic: the benefits of supervision for sports and leisure activities. 5. Supervision of Professional Practice 1 (individual presentation of workplaces and performed activities, discussion). 6. Supervision of Professional Practice 1 (individual presentation of workplaces and performed activities, discussion). 7. Evaluation of supervision of professional practice 1.

Learning outcomes
Supervision of professional practice builds on the acquired practical experience. Students will learn to accept and understand supervision as a way to correct their professional behaviour and as a tool for their personal and professional growth. The course corresponds to the course Professional Practice 1.

Student's performance analysis

At least 80% participation in classes. Presentation of professional practice carried out by the student in the form of a presentation on the specified date. Analysis of student performance. Evaluation of professional practice.
