Course content

1. Supervision in the context of sports and leisure organizations. 2. Related methods and techniques usable in sports and leisure organizations (consulting, coaching, mentoring, facilitation etc.). 3. Supervision of Professional Practice 2 (individual presentation of workplaces and performed activities, discussion). 4. Learning outcomes
|
Supervision of professional practice builds on the acquired practical experience. The course corresponds to the course Professional Practice 2.
Students will learn to accept and understand supervision as a way to correct their professional behaviour and as a tool for their personal and professional growth.

|
Student's performance analysis
At least 80% participation in classes. Presentation of professional practice carried out by the student in the form of a presentation on the specified date. Analysis of student performance. Evaluation of professional practice.
