Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the subject is to create a motoric compensation for the predominant intellectual activity of university students in the spirit of kalos kagathos, which is also important from the aspect of health. Students have the opportunity to choose one of the offered activities according to their interests and health condition, e.g.: swimming, volleyball, floorball, indoor soccer, tennis and mini-tennis, badminton, non-traditional sport games, power yoga, fitness weight training, indoorcycling, sport climbing, nordic walking, self-defence, Health Physical Education, exercise with balance-training devices etc. The current offer is published on the web page of KTV every semester and students choose and register themselves to a particular activity. Health Physical Education is recommended for students with a health weakening.
Students received main competences for an active lifestyle.

Student's performance analysis, Interview, Systematické pozorování studenta
Course credit requirements: Active participation at the seminars (attendance at least 80 %).
