Learning outcomes
|
The course is focused on both theoretical and practical part of basketball. It includes game activities, game combinations and systems and rules. The arbitration practice is also a part of the course.
The student will be able to teach sports games (basketball) according to the correct methodical procedure. Furthermore, he will be able to organize a basketball tournament, including its decision-making.

Prerequisites

Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis, Didactic test
1) Attendance at classes (2 absences per semester allowed) 2) Test on the rules, history, fundamentals of decision-making, and organization of a basketball tournament (70% is required to complete, one correction of the test is allowed) 3) Practical output from the basic gaming activities of an individual: - shooting free throws https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pd-lTToPDqo - repeated double beats https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cX0Hd4v8hoo&t=6s The student has ten free throw attempts and five two-strokes from the right side and five two-strokes from the left side. Out of a total of 20 shots, 13 must be successful. During the credit hour, the student has one regular attempt and one correction.
