Demonstration, Motoric and practical working skills training
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to deepen knowledge about the influence of fitness exercises on performance and health. Students will learn how to develop coordination skills, muscle strength and endurance, what are the principles in designing fitness programs and how exercise contributes to a healthy lifestyle and the optimization of the body weight. Students can create a fitness program with a focus on the development of motor skills.

Prerequisites
Motor abilities focused on the age of students.
