1. General principles of strengthening and exercising on devices. Circuit Training. Selection of exercises, system and frequency of exercises, training unit. 2. Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to deepen the basic knowledge of the course of Sport 1 - with chosen problems of body building on human´s organism. With investigation, with introductory state of trainees, with suitable stretching, lifting of particular muscles.
