Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as a practical unit, improving swimming skills of the students. The content of the course is the training and improvement of swimming styles breast and crawl, and the skills necessary to rescue a drowning person, including the basics of diving and swimming under the water. Student safely controls the complex rescue of a drowning person.
Students improve their swimming skills, learn the skills needed to rescue the drowning, including the basics of scuba diving and swimming underwater.

Motor abilities focused on the age of students.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Student's performance analysis, Practical demonstration of acquired skills
Active participation in seminars (at least 75%). Demonstration of selected movement skills.
