Course content
Exercises 1. Introduction to selected traditional sports games (history, rules and technique). 2. Football. Fundamentals of technique (passing, handling the ball, shooting and goalkeeper activities). 3. Football. Game including possible modifications. 4. Basketball. Fundamentals of technique (passing, dribbling and shooting). 5. Basketball. Game including possible modifications. 6. Volleyball. Basics of technique (two-hand upper and lower rebounds, serving, attacking strike and blocking). 7. Volleyball. Game including possible modifications. 8. Floorball. Fundamentals of technique (handling the ball, passing, shooting and goalkeeper activities). 9. Floorball. Game including possible modifications. 10. Handball. Fundamentals of technique (passing, dribbling, shooting and goalkeeper activities). 11. Handball. Game including possible modifications. 12. Practical outputs. 13. Practical outputs. 14. Final tournament.

Motoric and practical working skills training, Practicum

Learning outcomes
The teaching is focused on getting to know the history, rules, technique and play of commonly used sports games.
The student will be able to play sports games at a basic level.
Prerequisites
The student has at least a basic level of individual sports skills.

Student's performance analysis

Active participation in classes (80% attendance), practical output.
