Course content
|
Theory: 1. Cycling - technology, riding technique, road safety. The basics of driving safety in a group. Differences between - road, mountain, and trekking bikes. 2. Orienteering - basics of topography, teaching didactics at elementary school, race preparation, race rules. 3. Movement activities (hiking, exercise, and games in nature). 4. Water skiing and wakeboarding 5. Boating Practical excercises : 1. Basics of orientation (working with a map in the field, azimuths, pair race, individual race, cycling OZ, individual OB race). 2. Exercises and games in nature (small games, warm-up, combat, and less structured games, games with an ecological focus, natural obstacle course, rope work, rope courses) 3. Canoeing (fundamentals of technique, training methodology) 4. Cycling - (technology, bike maintenance, riding skills, group rides, cycling trip) 5. Hiking 6. Wakeboarding and water skiing

Learning outcomes
|
These courses are focused on outdoor sport activities, suitable for children of pubescent age. The summer class is oriented on games, orientation and outdoor exercises, tightrope technics, canoeing, cyklotourism etc.
Students will be able to conduct and organize outdoor sports activities.

|
Mastering the basic skills related to the stay in nature.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Presentation of artistic and creative activities, Didactic test, Systematické pozorování studenta
- completion of the course in full - passing the race in OB (all controls must be found, and the race must be completed within the time limit) - elaboration and presentation of a methodical output on a given topic related to the content of the course
