Course content
The course is designed as a two-day event before the start of the first semester of the "Sport for Healthy Lifestyle" study programme. Content: The content of the course is focused on the readiness of students for the specific conditions of university study compared to high school (difference of study system and regulations, the need for greater independence in choosing study subjects, a certain sharpness in requirements for relevant knowledge and skills in exams etc.). The effort is also to create a positive relationship and working atmosphere in study groups within the sports and cultural part of the course. Information areas: Credit system, IS/STAG; study and examination regulations; division of study subjects; course tuition; sports opportunities at TUL; Academic Sports Centre; library; database; introduction of guarantors and tutors; scholarship system). Professional Practice: A significant amount of time is allocated for the explanation and presentation of the system of professional practice, which represents the important part of the study. The internship guarantor explains the focus of the work, time allocations, the necessary practice procedures, forms and documents.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to prevent the study failure of the first-year-students of full-time bachelor study at the Faculty of Education, TUL through a suitably compiled study-counselling and sports-cultural program of the Introductory Training Course in the TUL campus.

Elementary movement skills corresponding to the age characteristics of the student.

Student's performance analysis

Course credit requirements: Active completion of the entire course and all its parts, filling in and submitting the necessary documents and feedback.
