Course content
|
The characterisics and history of health physical education. Kinds of weakness and its inclusion in h.p.e. The muscular dysbalance. The basic reinforcing means - corrective exercises. Incorrect body posture. The backache. Respiratory exercises. Relaxing exercises.

Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to present the characteristics and methods of reinforcing motive, respiratoryand cardiovascular system and the use of respiratory and relaxing exercises. The muscular disharmony- the choice of stretching and relaxing exercises and bodybuilding. Pedagogical diagnosis - examination of aspects and motion.
Students acquire professional skills for teaching adapted physical education.

Active participation in classes - 80% attendance, handing in and approval of the seminar work.
