Course content
Students will familiarize themselves with principles of proper warming-up, with the problematic endurance of organism, unilateral endurance and muscle imbalance, placing of exercising into day-to-day regime of children, hygiene and nutrition, and with question of internal motivation leading to regular movement activities.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to make students acquainted with current principles of health oriented physical training at primary school and to acquire basic knowledge from this sphere.
Students acquire professional competence to teach physical education with regard to health benefits.
Prerequisites
Elementary knowledge.
