Course content
reinforcing motive system reinforcing respiratory system reinforcing cardiovascular system muscular disharmony - the choice of stretching and relaxing exercises bodybuilding examination of aspects and motion

Learning activities and teaching methods
Motoric and practical working skills training, Lecture, Practicum
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 15 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 25 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The characterisics and history of health physical education. Kinds of weakness and its inclusion in h.p.e. The muscular dysbalance. The basic reinforcing means - corrective exercises. Incorrect body posture. The backache. Respiratory exercises. Relaxing exercises.
Students acquire professional skills for teaching adapted physical education.

Knowledge of human anatomy

Oral exam, Didactic test

Credit: participation on seminars, seminar working, written exam
