Course content
Lectures: 1. Basic terms, the document structure, initial text elements. 2. Document formatting, entities, lists, images. 3. Links, addresses, locators. 4. CSS basics, selectors. 5. Item colors and background. 6. Text adjustment. 7. Frames and their properties. 8. Tables. 9. Advanced formatting. 10. SEO. Seminars: 1. Seminar content according to the lecture. 2. Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing)

Learning outcomes
Creation of modern WWW presentations. XHTML language syntax, methods for HTML to XHTML conversion. Style definition using CSS. Style application examples. Methods of dynamic page creation ? CGI, PHP, ASP. Collboration of WWW and databases.
The student acquires deeper knowledge of web pages code writing and their visual modification using cascading style sheets.

Requirements for getting a credit are activity at the practicals /seminars and successful passing the tests.
