Learning outcomes
The subject follows the Design I, II by virtual spatial design with the help of a computer with PTC 3D CAD program. The aim is practical handling of parametric design of machine parts. Fundamentals of profile formation, work with tree structure with emphasis on model and drawing consistency in dimensioning, dimensional and geometric tolerances and roughness of surfaces. Editing and generation of two-dimensional technical documentation, production of engineering drawing drawings. Content of the exercise: 1. Course Information, Background, Basic Orientation in CREO Procedures and Functions. 2. Basic Modeling Functions Template 1,2,3. 3. Advanced modeling features template 4.5.6 4. Advanced modeling features template 4.5.6 5. Tolerance, surface roughness, procedures and functions. 6. Modeling of the credit card parts or a rotary part, a non-rotating part of the teacher's work. 7. Casting Model Creation Process Art. 8. Modeling of the credit component. 9. Casting, real piece of duralumin. 10. Advanced Modeling Features - Drawing Template 9. 11. Method of forming a sheet metal artwork 10. 12. Creating 2D Documentation for 3D Body Procedures and Functions. 13. 2D documentation (drawings) to the credit models. 14. Credit test - simple model and drawing.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and sourse programme.
