Learning outcomes
The goal is to teach self-doctoral work in the innovative design of parts and setavení related to the subject of the doctoral thesis. The course covers a broad spectrum views on the principles and methods of engineering work, basic innovative methods DFA, DFD, DFM, DFMA, DFE ... Based on experience with the development of gear boxes, forgings and plastic parts, automotive safety features, design nodes machinery for nano- fibers machines for automated assembly and single-purpose devices. The subject of the PhD student learns to subjectively evaluate the structural design of products and their sets from many different perspectives with regard to functionality, appearance, his assembly, disassembly, manufacturing. In addition, students learn about the possibilities of optimization methods DFX elements in CAD parts and assemblies as prinicipy product life management (PLM) systems.
