Learning outcomes
Simulation of dynamic systems. Solving dynamic conditions and the behavior of mechanical systems engineering experience with linear and nonlinear components. Creating mechanical model, numerical calculations of dynamic characteristics and operating conditions using simulation software tools. Interpretation of the results of calculations and simulations based on the physical nature of the behavior of the system. Minimizing dynamic force effects and vibration isolation systems, machinery and equipment. Dynamic analysis of machines and structures. Primary and secondary minimize dynamic force effects. Balancing mechanisms, flexible storage machines, vibration isolation systems. Vibration isolating elements and their characteristics. Passive and active vibration isolation systems with air springs. Analytical and numerical solutions of kinematic quantities, force effects and optimization of dynamic parameters of mechanical systems. Gears, joints and leadership. Involute gearing theory, principles of forming involute helical surface, geometric, kinematic and dynamic properties of the involute gearing, standard and non-standard involute tooth profiles. Designing actuators, mechanisms and gear boxes. Non-circular gears - theory, application and synthesis of planar mechanisms. Mechanical joints and chain joints. Joint cross (Hook) and shafts (Cardanův). Linear moving units, linear guides and plain bearings, ball bearings, recirculating ball screws
