Course content
The project is complementary to the traditional way of lecture - seminar. It is also a preparation for the preparation of the bachelor thesis. Students choose a suitable topic either individually or from the offer of teachers presented at a joint seminar at the beginning of the semester. In the discussion with the teacher the student develops an outline, then independently finds the original literature, which he / she writes in writing in the form of a project (3-5 pages) and at the same time prepares a presentation (PowerPoint). In addition to these materials, he will present the results of the project to the teacher and his classmates, followed by an evaluated discussion. The topic of the project can be followed by a bachelor thesis. Examples of topics for a nanomaterial project: Influence of surface tension on density of polymer streams, so-called nozzles, during electrostatic needle-free spinning. Bioengineering applications of nanocomposites. Diamond powder and its use in biomechanics.
