Course content
Cvičení: 1. - 4. Advanced tasks in vector and bitmap graphics, advantages - disadvantages. Application in own art in the field of art, technology, business and presentation. 5. - 8. Basics of DPT. Procedures, tools, utilization of RGB, CMYK program options, their correct settings for overlap prepress for textile design and screen printing. Painting practice, color space conversion depending on the medium in relation to textile and clothing design. 9. - 13. Utilization of graphics tools for creation and elaboration of designs, processing from the point of view of restrictions of textile technologies, application in presentation of designs. 14. Presentation and defense of semestral works

Learning outcomes
Basics of computer graphics for the needs of designers (textile, clothing, etc.), the possibility of understanding basic problems in working with vector, smart object and bitmap. Ability to use graphical approaches in 2D and 3D vector graphics. Basics of work for rendering, modeling, tracing, working with a curve. Vector editor Adobe Illustrator and feedback between Photoshop and Illustrator.

Prerequisites and co-requisites Knowledge of Computer Graphics 1 (KDE/POG1).

Assessment methods and criteria
Test

Credit: active participation in seminars, passing the tests during the course, successful completion of three tests during the semester.
