Course content

Project preparation and management is an introduction to the complex issues of project creation and management (product and service). Learning outcomes of the course unit the subject deals with the phase of project initiation and preparation. Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. The aim of the course is to teach students the skills needed to manage a project.
Creative Thinking. Team work. Application of knowledge from work in CAD system. Simple design and principles of measuring instruments construction.
