Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course is to provide a comprehensive view of the quality and its implications. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of quality management systems. Attention is focused on the concept of quality management systems according to ISO 9000, TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen. In addition, students will be introduced to the relationship between the quality and the environment. Included are the issue of environmental management system and system management of health and safety at work. Emphasis is placed on the requirement for continuous improvement and the requirement for system measuring the satisfaction of external customers.
Students will acquire knowledge of the subject.
